The gold saved from the last remodel I carefully kept to incorporate into this next piece.
The brief was to combine several of the customers important and sentimental rings to merge into one using all the round Diamonds and an oval Sapphire at its center, incorporating stones of many different sizes.
Melting golds can prove very tricky so its a slow and very careful process to achieve this size of ring without utilising casting techniques nor loosing any of your precious metal to truly keep the integrity of your heirlooms in tact.
We decided upon a large cluster eye shape design which tapered away around the back of the finger, ensuring maximum effect on the top with everyday wearability and comfort.
These were lovely pieces, a great honour for me to work with them to make historical family jewellery even more special by combining the generations into one unique piece with true wow factor.
