Memorial Bangles part 1

Writer's picture: Sarah WeatherallSarah Weatherall

Please forgive my silence, its been a very busy time with lots of commissions, repairs and remodels that I only now have a moment to catch up.

From a rough sketch I began to carve out a sturdy heart in wax to have cast in Sterling Silver.

To the next stage of cleaning them up, backing them with Silver sheet and attaching to the main forged bangles using a chunky 9ct Rose Gold jump ring, adding a Rose Gold setting.

To the finished pair of Sterling Silver memorial bangles incorporating Rose Gold and finished set with Diamonds to hold the Ashes, beautifully engraved and Hallmarked with the Queens Jubilee Assay Mark by The London Assay Office.

A very emotional job from start to finish, commissioned by a loving mother for her & her daughter to celebrate the life of a son and a brother, now they can always have him with them. 💙
