Remodelling Gold ☀️

Writer's picture: Sarah WeatherallSarah Weatherall

Its been a long term dream to have my own workshop which now has become a reality.

A massive undertaking with the unwaivering support of my partner and some great builders Im now finally in so I thought Id best show I have been doing some work even in the hallway at home during this build which is where I made these unworn pieces into one and set the stone from the brooch into another lovely dress ring.

A good looking chunky band from the top hiding a domed hollow underneath, max spread for less than a gram in weight, luckily the customers Citrine brooch came up trumps as 9ct so both got melted into this court shaped chunkier ring with some real weight behind it.

Shame to waste a very good Citrine so I made a tapered planished Silver band and set it in to make a rather fetching dress ring.

A lovely happy spring colour 🌼☀️💛☀️🌼
