These items are made to order and are therefore not refundable

It is aways possible for you to view samples before ordering to make sure you are completely happy with your choice prior to placing your order, to ensure you will be 100% happy with your purchase, so do please get in touch prior to ordering if you have any questions

In the unfortunate and rare event a piece should arrive damaged or faulty please take photos of the packaging, box and item and contact me asap so this can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Do please send me a message prior to ordering if you need something urgently so I can tell you which items will be available super fast. I will of course do my best to accommodate 

 Free delivery to the UK mainland, any further afield please make an enquiry first with your address details, and the piece or pieces you are interested in so I can investigate insurance levels and whether any additional charge is needed and quickly let you know. 

I use Royal Mail with the relevant insurance levels for the value of each item, under £50 it’s signed for and over this to £750 it’s special delivery up to £2,500 other courier methods are available, should you wish for these please enquire. 

Items are packaged for post, nicely boxed inside with a paper receipt. I can also send them straight to the lucky person you wish to gift for, in which case I will send you a photograph of the item gift wrapped (with no paper receipt in the package) and a message of your choice included.

Collection on request is also possible.
